**Check-in at Main Office:** To ensure the safety and welfare of students and staff, all visitors are required by state statute to check in at the main office. Please use the visitor entrance located at the front of the school.

**No Roaming Without Approval:** Please be aware that roaming the building on your own is not allowed without prior approval from administration. We prioritize the safety and security of our school community.

**Schedule Appointments:** If you wish to visit a teacher, counselor, or administrator, we highly recommend setting up an appointment prior to your arrival. This ensures a more successful and productive meeting.

**Escort to Destination:** Once you have checked in at the main office, our staff will kindly escort you to your intended destination within the school premises.

**Front Office Meetings:** For scheduled appointments, it is helpful to have the teacher, counselor, or administrator meet you in the front office at the designated time.

Please be sure to familiarize yourself with BVSD Policy KI and KI-R. for additional information about visitors to the school. Your cooperation in following these procedures is greatly appreciated, as it contributes to the overall safety and positive learning environment for everyone at our school. Thank you for your understanding and compliance.
