Fees and Payments

Each year, schools submit fee requests that meet the criteria outlines by BVSD Policy JN and Colorado Revised Statute 22-32-117(2)(a)(c). The Board of Education must review and approve any fees that schools may charge for optional items to supplement the various grades/classes.

School fees may be paid online or at the school.  Lunch meals may also be paid online.  In order to be able to make payments online, an Infinite Campus portal account must be created. BVSD has contracted with RevTrak, a national credit card payment processor, to provide you a simple, secure, and convenient way of making online payments for your school fees. To log into RevTrak, parents use their Infinite Campus Parent Portal login credentials to pay online with VISA, MasterCard, or Discover credit or debit cards. School web stores accept payments over the internet 24/7.

All students have a personal meal account which may be accessed using their six-digit student ID#. Maintaining a balance in your student’s account eliminates the need to bring lunch money each day and also helps keep the lunch lines moving.  Meal prices can be found on the BVSD School Food Project Website.


Your student may qualify to receive free or reduced price meals.  Please visit the Free & Reduced Price Meals Website for information on the Meal Benefits Application process.


BVSD is currently using an online school lunch account management tool called MyPaymentsPlus.  This tool gives families a way to manage their student's BVSD Meal Account online and make credit card payments without any transaction fees.  It also provides a way to set up a low-balance email notification or auto-refill when the student's account balance gets below a certain level.

To set up an account or make an online payment, go to BVSD Meal Account Payments Website and follow the instructions.  A Student ID number is needed to set up an account.


Send cash or check (payable to Boulder Valley School District) in any dollar amount to be credited to your student’s personal meal account. Write your student’s first and last name and student ID# on the check to be sure the money is deposited in the correct account.
