I was born and raised in Costa Rica and moved to Colorado in 2010. I work as a Bilingual Psychotherapist primarily with adolescents, their families, and adults. I have wide experience helping people who are struggling with depression and anxiety, substance use, suicidal ideation, different types of abuse, gender identity and diversity/multicultural topics. In my free time, I like to be outdoors mountain biking, surfing, practicing yoga, and meditation. One of the most fulfilling parts of my job is supporting others to find higher levels of functioning and performance that bring meaning and purpose to their lives.
