Summer Weight Lifting - June 10-July 26 @ FHS
MWF (Var & JV 8-10 am, Frosh – 10-noon)
Summer Practice - June 11-July 25 @ FHS Tue/Thu (ALL teams 9-11 am)
Once school starts practice will be Monday-Friday
4:20-6:30pm
Varsity 7 on 7 Tournament schedule in the summer = TBD.
*Knight Camp –July 29 & July 30 @ FHS
*Summit Camp -July 31-Aug 3 overnight camp
