Summer Tourney Baseball/Developmental Program
Fairview Summer Baseball
Fairview High School baseball strives for excellence in player development and success. We have an elite summer program with the twin goals of developing players who can compete at the highest level and winning championships.
For those who aspire to it, FHS baseball is an excellent program for players who are dedicated to the development, training, and competitive experience to play at the college level but also provides the opportunity for players who desire to play baseball through high school, or as a complement to other sports or activities.
FHS fills teams yearly at the 17/18U Tourney Team, 16U Tourney, 15U Tourney Team. Fairview takes pride in finding the RIGHT FIT for each player build confident in their skills while challenging their abilities. Each team will have:
- 30 + games ( Tournaments games included )
- 25 + hours of Elite Developmental Training
- 3 (1.5 hr long ) College Recruiting Seminars hosted by David Castillo ( June 3rd, June 17th, July 10th )

Weight/Strength Training:
Individualized weight training program to build the individuals skills set (Fairview understands that each player is different and will build a strength program to meet their individual needs versus group settings overlook the individual ).
Weekly customized weight/strength sessions held at Fairview High School’s NEW updated Strength Center with Indoor turf
Detailed Small Group weight training focused on proper form to maximize the individuals strength gains
Nutrition Consolations from Professional & College Athletes
Conditioning/Agility Training:
Customized conditioning program tailored to the individual player
Players are trained to move in all directions with speed and precision
College Recruiting/Searching:
Group bi - weekly meetings with Head Coach David Castillo on current college recruiting market/rules/regulations
David Castillo has provided extensive knowledge during young coaching career of timing of when should the player start looking as colleges based on the academic needs and individual skill set. This knowledge has help over 40+ players play beyond high school and into Major League Baseball ranks. David Castillo has the reputation of providing college and professional level players that are built on the core values of Hard Work, Grit with a team mentality that will help any team succeed.
FHS completes in highest In-State Tournaments to met each level’s competitive need.
