Registration & Fees

BVSD ATHLETIC REGISTRATION & PAYMENT DETAILS

To ensure participation on the first official day of practice, please complete the online registration by Thursday, Aug. 3, 2023.

Payments must be made during the registration process. Kristine Ferfache will provide the necessary information to guide you through the payment.

Payments are made through BVSD RevTrak system. Families are required to create a new account (refer to the FAQs for instructions). Visit the FHS RevTrak Website today to create your new account! Families without internet access at home can register using a school computer or obtain a physical copy of the athletic registration packet from the school athletic office during school hours. Cash or check payments can be made in person.

For any specific questions, please reach out to the Athletic Director or the Athletic Administrative Assistant at the school.

Additional documentation is required for transfer students and students who are attending a different school but wish to participate in a FHS sport. If you have any inquiries or encounter any difficulties during the registration process for a sport, please contact Kristine Ferfache, the FHS Athletic Administrative Assistant, via email at kristine.ferfache@bvsd.org.

In accordance with the guidelines set by the Colorado High School Activities Association (CHSAA), all student-athletes are required to undergo a Pre-participation Physical Evaluation (PPE) or a yearly sport physical. This evaluation is crucial in screening the athlete for any injuries or illnesses that could impact their participation. The sports physical must be conducted annually by a physician to ensure the safety of the student-athlete during athletic activities. Prior to participating in tryouts, practices, or competitions, the completed sports physical form must be submitted to the school's athletic office.

Please note that the standard sports physical form provided by the physician's office is acceptable. If you require a form, you can download and print the CHSAA Sports Physical Form or obtain one from the American Academy of Pediatrics Website.

• $185 ​per sport
• Family maximum of $405 (Combined High School & Middle School level)

ATHLETIC FEE REFUND

Athletic fee refunds will be given before, but not after, the first game of a season.
