At FHS, the best description of the Work Based Learning class is: 

This class is for students who would like to obtain or continue their work experience with a job or internship.  The first month of class students will build a resume and a linkedin profile that they will use to acquire a job or an internship.  Within that first moth, students will also develop professional skills such as: communication, leadership, interviewing, teamwork, etc.  After the first month, students will not be required to be in class but instead pursuing a total of 60 hours at their job or internship.
