ACTIVITY GUIDELINES: 150 MINUTES from the office of Disease Prevention and Health Promotion
2 1/2 hours per week Moderate Intensity Aerobic Activity (example: a brisk walk for a minimum of 10 minutes); 75 minutes per week of Vigorous Intensity Aerobic Activity (Example: Jogging for a minimum of 10 minutes) and; Strength-building activities 2x each week that train the entire body.
